Project Overview:
- We undertook the comprehensive construction project from planning and council consent to final completion.
- Scope of work included earthworks, foundation construction, framing, the exterior cladding (James Hardie product with bricks), insulation, plasterboard, painting, flooring, kitchen installation, glass balustrades, outside decks, and the concrete driveway.
- Sub-trade management, including the hiring of specialised contractors with difficult-access experience.
Challenges:
- Building on the steep site required extensive earthworks and engineered retaining walls to ensure stability and safety.

- Impressive construction on a challenging steep site showcasing our expertise in overcoming complex terrain.
- The unique aesthetic of James Hardie Stria cladding combined with the brick accents created a modern and visually striking exterior.
