Everyone approaches building their house differently. Some people might already have plans designed up and ready to go, whereas others have the gem of an idea for their dream home but aren’t quite sure where to start. Wherever you are in the home building process, we’ll work closely with you to help build your new home:

1. Consultation

Once you’ve contacted us, we’ll set up a meeting to discuss your new home project, and can usually give you a rough estimate of the costs involved.

2. Plans drawn & approved

If you have plans ready to go, we can help guide you through the necessary consent processes. If you’re needing plans drawn up, we’re available to help you find suitable architects and engineers.

3. Budget & timeline

Once everything is approved and consented, we’ll supply an accurate cost for your project, as well as a start date and timeline for it.

4. Project underway

When building gets underway, we’ll keep you updated throughout the build, with weekly site meetings and letting you know when some of the special milestones of the build are coming up.

5. Inspections completed

After building is complete, alongside council inspections, we also complete a 300-point quality assurance checklist to ensure everything is done to our required high standards.

6. Handover

When you’re completely satisfied with our work, we’ll issue the final invoice and you get the keys to move in, with the added peace of mind that all our work is backed up by the comprehensive Master Build 10 year guarantee.
