Founded in 2015 by owner Oliver (Ollie) Tracey, who’s worked in New Zealand and overseas as a builder, Redwood Builders has built up a deserved reputation as the Kapiti builders to trust, working across Wellington, the Kapiti Coast and Horowhenua and delivering high quality new homes, renovations and extensions, and commercial buildings. Oliver has been in the building industry for over 20 years and as a company, coming up to celebrating 10 years in business.
As Licenced Building Practitioners, and registered Master Builders, we know that when it comes to building there’s no exceptions when it comes to providing a high level of service and top quality workmanship. We’re proud to stand by our work and we’re committed to going beyond basic building code requirements. Our work is also backed up by the Master Build 10 year guarantee in the unlikely event something does need to be remedied. We also offer a 12 month maintenance guarantee, where we’ll complete any remedial work required free of charge.

12 month maintenance period
